Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All Australian states and territories
- Selected international destinations (please contact us to confirm availability before placing an international order)

Processing Time
- All custom wheel orders are made to order. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks from order confirmation.
- In-stock accessories and non-custom items are processed within 2–3 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification email with tracking information once dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/dimensions.
Domestic (Australia):
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post, TNT, or other national couriers.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
International:
- Shipping methods vary depending on destination.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Delivery Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancies:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
We will assess the situation and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of purchase.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or return-to-sender situations.
- If a delivery is returned to us due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.
We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping strikes, pandemics, or courier system disruptions.
