Every LEGER wheel undergoes a precise T6 heat treatment process, to realign internal grain structure and yield strength and fatigue resistance, unlocking the full mechanical potential of our aerospace-grade aluminum.
LEGER wheels are coated using a multi-stage surface finishing system, combining both beauty and durability. Chemical pre-treatment for corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. Electrostatic powder coating for even, high-density coverage. Dual-stage baking to fuse pigments with the alloy.
